WHERE WE STAND ON ISSUES OF FAIRNESS AND EQUITY:

Our commitment to equity, fairness and ethics in business evolves and changes based on the needs of our fellow human beings. We developed this organization to speak for those who felt they had no unified or supported voice for many reasons; racism, bigotry, classism, disenfranchisement, ignorance, fear, the list goes on and on…. and we will continue to take actions that support the adults who care for young children in the world of early education.

As we develop and grow together, we will propose services that support our mission, and commit to continually ask ourselves difficult questions and turn the lens inward. We will seek to identify ways to become more inclusive, and transparent, better informed about ourselves and our community, and less participatory in initiatives or rhetoric that may do harm to others.

We are committed to our mission to address inequities in our profession as our primary focus and to develop protocols, processes and procedures that reflect the passion we set out with; to be the good in the world that we want to see and to advance fairness, equity and inclusion of others as a primary goal.
